Job Description & Requirements

Responsibities and Requirements:

1) Preparing of tender submission on line which include but not limited to taking off quantities, pre/post contract duties, preparation of variation cost and finalization of project account.

2) Able to participate in negotiation and discussion with sub-contractor on their pricing, payments terms etcs. Likewise, able to support PM on any discussion with the consultants with regards to the materials approval.

3) Review sub-contractor prices, select and recommend appropriate sub-contractor for awards, executing and completion of works.

4) Evaluating and certifying of sub-contractor progress claims and support the Project Manager (PM) in preparing the monthly progress claims.

5) Assist the PM in preparing all material submissions based on the contract specifications and requirements.

6) Familiarise with the nature of contracts used in respective tender (i.e. PSSCOC or SIA condition of contract).

7) Familiarise with contract pricing which includes per m2 cost for different materials used.

8) Attend any site meeting and discussion if necessary.

9) Able to work within a team to better support ensure seamless process on project execution.
