Our company was incorporated in November 1988. Our principal activities are engineering works for Fire Protection Systems and Fire Safety-related services.
We envision ourselves as a one-stop fire safety service provider, encompassing fire safety consultations SCDF submissions and approvals installation, maintenance and development of value engineering design concepts, in support of the value chain of M&E services.
We are now looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support A&A Department in our expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Bill of Quantities (BQ) take-off and prepare accurate cost estimates for tender submissions.
- Manage project administration, including contract documentation, progress claims, and variation orders.
- Process SCDF submissions and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Assist the Department Head with administrative matters and project coordination.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the M&E fire protection industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
- Independent, resourceful, and possess a strong sense of ownership in getting tasks completed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
