Job Description

Operations Executive with QS background within the facilities management cleaning industry
Manage the full commercial and operational lifecycle of cleaning service contracts across all assigned sites
Conduct precise site measurements and resource costing for new tenders to ensure profitable bidding
Ensure zero obstruction to monthly invoicing through accurate client reporting and verification
Identify and eliminate scope creep through rigorous contract administration and adherence to service agreements
Maintain full accountability for site budgets and detailed financial performance data
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex cost analysis and financial reporting
Negotiate with vendors to optimize procurement costs for cleaning machinery and consumables
Lead local recruitment efforts for Singaporeans and PRs to ensure 100% manning levels at all times
Resolve frontline manpower shortages through proactive candidate sourcing and rapid deployment
ITE/Diploma holders based on demonstrated technical and operational skill
