QUANTITY SURVEYOR

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support tender preparation, costing, project coordination, and progress claims while working closely with internal departments, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Study tender specifications and prepare tender submissions
• Source quotations from vendors and suppliers for tender costing
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Procurement departments
• Prepare work reports for monthly progress claims
• Prepare material take-offs for projects
• Coordinate with site teams for certification of subcontractor claims

What We're Looking For

• Degree, Diploma, or Nitec in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret tender specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Dynamic, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work effectively within a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
