Job description:

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals for clients
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on project requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Assist in tender submissions (e.g., government / PUB tenders)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and records
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, RFQs, etc.)
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and coordination activities
  • Maintain filing systems for contracts, and reports
  • Support general office operations and reporting
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
  • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Assist in tender costing and analysis

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide, motivate and develop sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities
  • Comfortable working with sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Willing to go in Site show if needed
  • Training will be provided, no experience required
