Job Summary
Manage building construction projects by overseeing budgeting, contract administration, procurement, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Responsibilities
- Measurement, project budgeting, analyze tender cost, administration contracts including variation orders and final accounts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with Client, Authorities, and sub-contractors to align on-site requirements and resolve issues promptly
- Sourcing and purchasing of construction materials and related products to meet project specifications and timeliness
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion according to schedule and quality standards
- Prepare and control project budgets and costs, manage cash flow, processing claims and contract payments, and settle final accounts efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Min 2 - 4 years of experience in building construction, quantity surveying field
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline within a construction company
- Proficient in MS Office and Glodon TASC software for project
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to facilitate effective teamwork
- Ability to multitask, and work independently
- Commence work on short notice
