- Able to take off quantities efficiently
- Able to liaise and negotiate with suppliers & contractors related toprojects
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities
- To keep track of Variation Orders
- Certification of progress claims from sub-contractors
- Keep track of final account and variation orders
- Prepare contract administration for client, consultants, sub- contractor
- Able to assist estimation, cost planning and forecast budgeting.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors
- Preparation for Payment Response to sub- contractor and suppliers and keeping trace ofresponse.
- Preparation of technical details and costing for tender submission.
- Sourcing of materials and obtaining quotations for evaluation.
- Carry out other Contracts administration activities.
- Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned

Requirement
. Diploma, or Degree in QS/ Building orequivalent
. Minimum 5 years (QS) / 10+ years (Senior QS) of relevant experience in the interior fit-out/joinery industry
. Able to work independently with min supervision
. A good team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
