Source quotations, perform price comparisons, and prepare costing summaries.
Develop comprehensive project costings.
Prepare tender and contract documentation.
Collaborate with the project team on variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors on project cost-related matters.
Oversee and manage document control processes.
Handle all quantity surveying (QS) reporting responsibilities.
Conduct risk assessments and cost calculations.
Perform tender analysis and assist in finalizing contract sums.
Manage internal budget controls, providing advice on cost limits and budget adherence.
Negotiate contracts effectively.
Assess contractor claims and provide guidance on contractual disputes.
Conduct cost analysis for construction activities.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties and assignments, as and when necessary
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for project quantification
Prepare and submit progress claims to main contractor
Check on the items costing for tender purpose
Monitor progress payment and variation claims
Review terms and conditions of contracts
Technical Skills:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent OR
Diploma in Quantity Surveying with a minimum 2 years working experience in either a construction firm or a quantity surveying firm with good knowledge in procurement, quantity surveying and SOP Act.

Team Player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
