QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER

Position: QS Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for tenders and contracts.

• Assist the project team with variation works, progress claims, and cost control.

• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers on project cost matters.

• Maintain accurate document control.

• Handle quantity surveying tasks for faade works projects.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (QS) or an engineering-related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably structural or faade projects.

• Possess BCSS or CSOC certification if applicable.

• Ability to communicate in Chinese for liaison with Chinese-speaking clients.
