Have experience, showflat , sales gallery, residential building

teamwork, meet the time line,

• Prepare tender cost estimates and tender documentation
• Conduct site measurement when required
• Take-off quantitites
• Manage procurement process and cost control
• Prepare variation order claims and progress claims
• Assist to finalise project accounts
