Job Summary
Manage cost estimation and tender submissions for construction projects, ensuring accurate evaluation of subcontractors quotations and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate subcontractors quotations and variation order works to ensure accurate cost assessment
- Justify estimates in subcontractors quotations and variation order works to support budget accuracy
- Perform cost planning, estimation, and measurement to control project expenses effectively
- Maintain detailed records of all cost submissions for audit and review purposes
- Prepare progress reports and submit progress claims to clients to track project financial status
- Conduct tender estimation and submission to secure project contracts competitively
- Identify and resolve issues with consultants to maintain project progress and compliance
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation to support project management and reporting
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
