Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive tender submissions that meet project requirements and deadlines
Manage progress claims, variation orders, and finalization of project contracts to ensure accurate and timely payments
Solicit and compile quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring all submissions comply with project specifications and drawings
Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to support accurate contract documentation and submissions
Establish and maintain effective communication and rapport with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate certification of claims for payment
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration, or a relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction contract management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and results-oriented approach
Effective team collaboration skills and high motivation to achieve project goals
