Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
Cost & Contract Management
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans at various project stages
Monitor project costs and cash flow to ensure financial control
Administer contracts, including valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contractual documentation
Manage tender processes, including evaluation and recommendation of awards
Work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and site teams
Provide cost advice and commercial support throughout the project
Prepare regular cost reports, financial forecasts, and management updates
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Prepare and agree on final accounts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and procurement processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS-related software
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
