Duties & Responsibilities
- To prepare documents and submuissions for tendering new projects.
- study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities
- To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs
- Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive at the tender pricing
- To review and verify the Subcontractor's / Supplier's claims and prepare payment certificates
- To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting
- Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defect's liability period
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering
- Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
- An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations.
