• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

• Our client is an established professional services firm supporting construction and building projects in Singapore. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, cost control, contracts, claims and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• This role provides broad exposure across the full quantity surveying cycle, from tender preparation and procurement to progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams while developing strong commercial, contractual and cost-management expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, BOQ and contract documentation.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and cash flow.
• Review drawings and specifications for cost implications.
• Coordinate contractual matters with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Support procurement, cost forecasting and contractual correspondence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Good knowledge of contracts, tendering, cost estimation and project claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD, BIM or quantity take-off software knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
