. Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and otherdocumentation
. Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrationsand support in tender exercise
. Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for bothpre and post tender stages
. Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation withsubcontractors & suppliers
. Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that allmaterial are procured in accordance with the project schedule
. To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and tryto optimize the project profit.
. To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, materialsubmission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potentialvariation works and time implication.
. Responsible for preparation and timely submission ofclaims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of finalaccount.
. To ensure a timely closure of all main contract andsubcontract final accounts.
. Risk analysis evaluation
. Feasibility studies
. Any other adhoc duties when required.
Job Requirement
. Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar
. Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in Constructionindustry
. Good written communication skills
. Good track record
. Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneoustimeline
