Roles & Responsibilities

. Familiar with Quantity Surveying, Tender Taking Off, Processing and Formulating Progress Claims and Claim Certification.

. Knowledge of contract / tender documents administration.

Requirements

. Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Engineering from a recognized Institution

. Min 2 Years of Quantity Surveying Experience as QS or similar duties with fair knowledge of Construction Details and Process.

. Possess fair knowledge for Microsoft Words and Excel
