Engage and communicate with prospective drivers interested in joining the platform, and guide them through the sign‑up process.
Follow up with drivers on missing or incomplete documents required for registration and onboarding.
Track driver applications nearing completion and proactively follow up to support timely onboarding.
Assist with onboarding drivers into the system by ensuring information and documents are accurately captured and updated.
Attend to drivers enquiries, manage feedback, and assist in resolving concerns in a professional and customer‑oriented manner.
Maintain accurate records of driver interactions, application status, and onboarding progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth driver onboarding operations.
Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support, including ad hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE O Levels with relevant customer service or administrative experience.Able to communicate clearly with drivers and handle enquiries professionally.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, both verbally and in writing.
Customer‑oriented with a positive and service‑focused attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable handling basic data tracking and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
Able to manage follow‑ups, deadlines, and multiple cases efficiently.
Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements.
Prior experience in customer service, operations, or onboarding support is an advantage but not mandatory.
