As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our commercial and cost management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and pricing breakdowns
- Conduct subcontractor sourcing, quotation evaluations, and price negotiations
- Manage progress claims, interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts
- Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasting, and procurement tracking
- Support Project Managers on site measurements, VO justifications, and cost reconciliation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers for commercial matters
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction-related field
- 2-5 years experience in interior fit-out, A&A, or healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of Singapore construction cost practices, contract terms, and SIA/PSSCOC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, measurement software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam), and project documentation
- Attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to work independently
- Must be able to manage tight deadlines and coordinate with site teams and vendors
