Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring cost control and efficiency throughout all stages of our projects. From initial feasibility through to final accounts, the Quantity Surveyor will be pivotal in maintaining financial oversight and delivering value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
• Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to negotiate the best deals.
• Monitoring project progress and variations in scope, cost, and schedule.
• Assessing and certifying subcontractor applications for payment.
• Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes.
• Performing risk assessment, management and submission.
• Landlord submission, permit to work preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD).
