QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) with Sales Experience

Alif Resource Pte Ltd is looking for a dynamic and motivated QS with Sales background to join our growing team in the construction sector.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of construction sector sales experience

Valid driving license

Strong QS knowledge

Familiar with HDB tender procedures & ideas

Excellent technical skills to convince customers

Positive attitude & good behavior

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: $1,700 - $2,200

Commission (Sales-based): 5% - 10% (Average take-home approx. $5,000 - $6,500 monthly)

Overtime pay based on sales performance
