Quantity Surveyor

Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 3-10 years of experience to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITY

Experience in pre & post contract administration

Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation

Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers

Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off

Prepare Variation Orders, claims and final accounts,

Prepare sub contracts and sub-contractor payments

Manage team of junior Quantity Surveyor

Competent in completing required obligations within stipulated timings and other constraints.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in cost estimation software such as Cubicost & bluebeam
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
