Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - RC Structural Subcontractor
Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering & Budgeting

• Perform detailed taking-off and measurement of quantities from drawings

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost plans

• Assist in project budget preparation and monthly reporting

Procurement & Supply Chain

• Source subcontractors and suppliers, issue tender inquiries, review quotations

• Support negotiations to secure competitive pricing

• Assist in progress payments for subcontractors and loaned workers

Contract & Financial Management

• Prepare, submit, and certify progress claims

• Assess Variation Orders (VOs) and additional works

• Support finalization of project accounts

Stakeholder & Site Coordination

• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, clients, and consultants

• Attend project meetings and provide commercial updates

• Conduct site walks to verify work progress for claims

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management

• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices

• Able to verify quantities from AutoCAD drawings

• Strong time management - ability to meet deadlines consistently

• Able to handle 1-2 projects simultaneously

• HDB or structural experience is a plus
