Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and revise drawings in a timely manner for tender and job order .
2. Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
3. Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
4. Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
5. Coordinate instructions with sales team, production, and Clients for job order & design specification.
6. Survey site condition, cost and method requirement of installation, delivery, and set-up if necessary.
7. Conduct quality control to ensure finished products are constructed according to job order and drawing.
8. Be organized and responsible in safe keeping of all files & drawings.
9. Give support to production, procurement and logistics team members.
10. All other QS related job.

Requirement:
1.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction sector is preferrable.
2. Competency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 2D & 3D drawing.
3. Organised, self-driven and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction.
6. Possess skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
7. Possess skills in accurate measurement, preparation on tender, calculation, pricing and quotation.
8. Understand the relevant standard forms of Building.
9. Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management.
11. Possess good and positive attitude.
