Project Coordination

Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with client reps
Provide cost advice and financial reporting to ensure project profitability and cost compliance.

Documentation & Reporting

Ensure proper documentation of project costs, claims, and variations.
Maintain accurate records of measurements, site instructions, and daily work progress.
Prepare procurement schedules, materials take-off, and budget forecasts.
