Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tenders.
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk management.
- Prepare bills of quantities, contract documents, and other procurement documentation.
- Assess and certify progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project performance and report regularly on financial status.
- Assist in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum [2-5] years of xperience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Experience in [residential / commercial / infrastructure] projects is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, BCA), and building regulations.
