Quantity Surveyor (Procurement)

1. Review of subcontract scope and requirements
2. Sourcing for vendors
3. Evaluation of quotations and preparation of tender report
4. Negotiate pricing and terms and conditions with vendors
5. Maintaining accurate procurement records, preparing and issuing subcontract
6. Arranging meetings
7. Preparing and updating of procurement report
8. Assist in identifying cost saving / value engineering opportunity
9. Maintaining vendor list
10. Coordinate with project team to ensure procurement align with project schedule and requirements, and budget.

ob Requirement

1. Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred
