Job Description

Take off quantity during tendering process
Source for subcontractors and suppliers and evaluate quotations
Support and prepare tender submission
Pre-contracts, In-contracts & Post-contracts administrations
Prepare periodic progress & variations claims
Evaluate subcontractors claims
Resolution of any contractual issues arising from the projects
Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 3 years local experience with main building contractor for Senior QS
Possess good analytical and communication skills
Alternate Saturday off
