Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate tenders for public and private sector projects

• Involved in marine and land-based, local and overseas projects

• Perform quantity take-offs using relevant software

• Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals

• Support procurement activities

• Participate in value engineering and technical discussions

• Attend site visits and tender interviews when required

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (marine project exposure preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
