Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Salary up to SGD$4,500 + AWS + Bonuses

• Singapore construction project

• Reputable construction company

Responsibilities:

To study & understand tender drawings & contract document.
BQ for tender or variation submission.
Preparing substantiation document for claim purpose.
Ensure tender or VO submission is on time.
Sourcing quotation from subcon and supplier and carry out comparison of quotation.
Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.
Pre-tender/ site project estimates and prepare documentation.

Requirement:

At least 1 years of quantity Surveyor experience
