Job Scope
1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Prepare cost estimates and budgets for faade projects.
Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project costs.
2. Tender & Contract Management
Prepare tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
Assist in tender submissions and contract administration.
3. Measurement & Cost Control
Take off quantities from drawings for faade works.
Monitor project costs and ensure expenses remain within budget.
4. Progress Claims & Payment
Prepare and submit progress claims to clients.
Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims.
Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
5. Variation Orders
Identify and prepare variation order (VO) claims.
Negotiate and finalize variation costs with clients and consultants.
6. Project Coordination
Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Attend project meetings when required.
7. Final Account
Prepare and finalize project final accounts.
Ensure all project costs and claims are properly documented.
8. Documentation
Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, and cost reports.
Prepare regular cost reports for management.
