Manage contract and project coordination activities to ensure timely progress and accurate financial administration. Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver engineering projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit progress claims to track project financial status
- Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Coordinate engineering design details to align with project requirements
- Finalize project accounts to accurately reflect costs and revenues
- Organize subcontractors and site staff to optimize work schedules and productivity
- Procure materials and arrange equipment to support project execution
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and align expectations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, Assistant Contracts Manager, or Project Manager
