Due to continued project expansion and a growing portfolio of works, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Conduct contract administration and manage variations, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate cost reporting and forecasts.
- Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
- Perform value engineering and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors (for senior role).
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
- Proven track record in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The remuneration package will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and job responsibilities.
