Prepare and manage tender submissions, quotations, and cost estimates to support project acquisition and budgeting
Lead negotiation processes with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable contract terms and pricing
Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of engineering designs and construction tasks
Prepare and submit progress claims accurately to facilitate timely project payments
Administer contracts by monitoring compliance, managing variations, and resolving contractual issues to protect company interests
Coordinate detailed engineering design elements to align with project specifications and client requirements
Finalize project accounts by reconciling costs and ensuring accurate financial reporting
Organize and supervise subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards on site
Procure materials and arrange equipment logistics to support uninterrupted project workflows
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, engineers, and architects to maintain clear communication and address project needs
Execute additional duties as assigned by Senior Contracts Manager, Contracts Manager, Assistant Contracts Manager, or Project Manager to support project success
