We are a key solutions provider for the building industry, with our extensive range of products including access oor systems, oor coverings, static control systems as well as carpets and self-levelling compounds.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotations and tender
- Prepare necessary documentation for quotation and tender submission
- Prepare Variation Orders, Monthly Progress Claims, Final Accounts and Settlement in a timely manner
- Monitoring and reporting of project budget and cost control
- Follow up with clients on payment certification and liaise with Account Department for tax invoices submission within required timeline
- Verify and certify claims from suppliers / contractors
- Prepare all necessary administrative documentation (pre-contract and post-contract) to both Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities in building projects
- Knowledge of Singapore Institute of Architect (SIA) Conditions of Contract will be an added advantage
- Meticulous and good team player
