Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions.
• Perform quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Assist in contract administration and cost control throughout the project.
• Conduct site measurement and verification when necessary.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project costs are well managed.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of cost data and contract correspondences.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the construction or M&E industry
• Good knowledge of tendering procedures and cost estimation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (an advantage).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
