QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Jnr & Snr position)
(Project)
Responsibilities:
- Taking off quantities for tendering.
- Pricing of bills & quantities.
- Evaluation of sub-contractor's claims & preparation of payment certificate for sub-contractors.
- Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
- Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
- Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.
- Any other duties assigned by Superior or Management.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years or more relevant work experiences in Singapore Construction sector 8 years & above if apply for Senior or Managerial position.
- Fresh graduates or those without experience may apply
- Salary will be commensurate in accordance with work experience and qualifications etc
- Only Singapore/SPR need apply
