ACMV/HVAC Tender Manager

About the Role:

Our client is a leading design & build ACMV company and they are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead tender strategy and execution for high-value M&E, cleanroom, semiconductor, and pharmaceutical projects. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on project wins, commercial outcomes, and business growth.

Responsibilities:
. Lead end-to-end tender management: tender briefings, site visits, submissions, technical write-ups and client presentations.
. Manage cost planning, estimation, budgeting and BOQs for complex M&E projects.
. Prepare and review tender documents, pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
. Coordinate with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
. Evaluate value engineering proposals and advise on cost implications.
. Monitor market pricing, cost benchmarks and tender performance reporting.
. Handle contract review, negotiation, claims and dispute resolution.
. Lead and mentor the tender/quantity surveying team drive best practices and process improvements.
. Manage multiple concurrent tenders and ensure timely submission.

Requirements:
. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
. 10+ years of experience in tender management/project management within the construction or engineering industry
. Proven experience in M&E systems, cleanroom, semiconductor or pharmaceutical projects
. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering and contract administration
. Experience preparing technical proposals and tender submissions
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project and cost management tools
