QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Prepare documents for tenders and contracts.

Assist the project team with variation works, progress claims, and cost control.

Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers on project cost matters.

Maintain accurate document control.

Handle quantity surveying tasks for fagade works projects.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (QS) or an engineering-related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably structural or facade projects.

Possess BCSS or CSOC certification if applicable.
