Quantity Surveyor Manager (ACMV / Mechanical / Tendering)

Responsibilities:

• Oversees full-spectrum commercial and cost management for ACMV projects

• Tendering, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration

• Leads the preparation and evaluation of BOQ, quotations, variation orders, and progress claims ensuring projects remain within budget and contractual compliance.

• Works closely with project and engineering teams to manage cost impacts, procurement, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.

• Team leadership, guiding QS staff, reviewing submissions, and liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Requires strong expertise in ACMV systems and M&E works, with a focus on delivering profitable and well-managed projects from tender stage to final account

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services 5-8 years of relevant experience in ACMV / M&E contracting (with managerial exposure preferred)

• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems (chiller, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF) and mechanical works costing
