Company Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Executive to lead daily operations of a busy Indian vegetarian buffet restaurant, ensuring operational efficiency and delivering a smooth, high-quality dining experience.

Job Summary

Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinate staff and service flow, plan menus with cost control, handle procurement and inventory, coordinate between branches, and resolve customer feedback to maintain excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist to manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high service quality and operational efficiency
  • Oversee floor operations by deploying staff effectively and maintaining smooth service flow during operating hours
  • Coordinate kitchen staff and service crew to optimize teamwork and productivity
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and review menu offerings, ensuring variety, quality, and cost control
  • Oversee procurement of ingredients, vegetables, and packaging materials to maintain supply chain efficiency
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement cost control measures to optimize resource use
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to management for informed decision-making
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Communicate and collaborate with other outlet executives to ensure consistency and efficiency across outlets

Required competencies and certifications

  • Valid Driving License (Class 3/3A)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Male applicant preferred
  • Diploma or Degree
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in restaurant or F&B operations
  • Expert knowledge of Indian Vegetarian Cuisine
  • Strong leadership, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
