Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

• Follows up on the pre and post-contract administration of the project assigned to.
• Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and including liaise with Client, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
• Possess strong knowledge of Contractual terms and works to ensure that Project Team adheres to Contractural Terms and Conditions.
• Provides effective support to Project Team and establishes good working relationships with Project Managers, Clients, Contractors and sub-contractors.
• Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers.
• Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensures expenses within budget.
• Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper documentation of the project.
• Responsible for the Valuation of progress monthly payments, claims, and final account settlement with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Attends site and other meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Commercial, M&E, Infrastructure Projects QS experience.
• Experience in both Pre and Post Contracts.
• Experience in handling LTA projects will be an added advantage.
