Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Eurobuild Pte Ltd, responsible for managing daily correspondences, measurements, quotations, variations, final accounts, and ensuring tender and contractual compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily correspondences related to quantity surveying tasks to ensure clear communication and project progress
- Perform accurate measurement and take-off of building quantities to support cost estimation and tendering
- Prepare detailed quotations and manage variations to control project costs and maintain budget adherence
- Compile and finalize accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and project closure
- Prepare and administer tender documents to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Monitor and enforce contractual compliance to mitigate risks and uphold project standards
- Collaborate with project teams to support main contracting activities and resolve quantity surveying issues
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or diploma in quantity surveying, construction management, architectural, civil engineering, building or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a quantity surveyor in private residential building projects, preferably within a main contracting environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in building works and quantity take-offs to enhance accuracy in cost estimation
- Tendering and negotiation skills to support competitive bidding and contract finalization
