- Basic $3.5k-$6k (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimation, tender submission, and progress claims
- Source, negotiate, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Review contracts and prepare cost and material take-offs
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control
- Conduct site measurements and support contract administration
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
- Preferably minimum 2 years of QS experience in M&E / C&S work.
- Familiar with BQ, tender documentation, and contract terms
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
