Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quantity take-off and costestimation of tenders and projects.
  • Prepare for tender submission and follow-up withTender Questionnaires reply and Interview.
  • Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation withspecialists, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims intimely manner.
  • Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
  • Other QS duties as assigned from time to time

InteriorFit-Out / Carpentry Works

  • Perform quality checks to verify fabrication andinstallation of furniture/fixtures in accordance with construction drawings.
  • Coordinate joinery and finishing works forinterior fit-out.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor /Architectural, Building Construction, Landscaping Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similarcapacity, preferably within the industry
  • Independent, resourceful, willing to learn andorganized with positive work attitude
  • Familiar with construction cost and constructionworks
  • 5 Days work week
  • Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station
