Prepare, revise, and maintain civil engineering drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Review construction drawings and specifications for quantity take-off and material estimation.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, material schedules, and tender documents.
Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate pricing.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage to ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure drawings and project documentation are up to date.
Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements when required.
Maintain accurate project documentation, drawing registers, and cost records.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and relevant Singapore construction regulations.
Provide administrative and technical support to the project team as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Able to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
