Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations for tender submissions, ensuring cost efficiency and quality alignment
- Analyze and compare pricing proposals to develop comprehensive costing summaries that support informed decision-making
- Prepare detailed tenders, including accurate measurement and compilation of bills of quantities and quotations to facilitate successful project bids
- Evaluate claims and bills submitted by subcontractors and suppliers to verify accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Prepare monthly progress claims to track project financial status and support cash flow management
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage pressure to meet tight deadlines
