Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.
Taking off quantities, obtaining quotations from subcontractors and supplier
Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission
Estimate, develop & manage construction schedule, method of statement, and temporary plan
Able to Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
Any other duties that are deemed required to complete the works
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related.
MUST have at least 2 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
