Job Description

Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract Stage

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing
  • Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/areas of concern
  • To perform measurement and cost breakdown
  • To prepare payment certification to sub-contractor/ supplier
  • To prepare payment claim to client
  • To identify and evaluate variation work

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
  • Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and good negotiation skill.
  • A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines will be an added advantage
