Tendering/Contract Administration for Permanent Built (Fit Out and Thematic Attractions), events and exhibitions, and location based entertainment projects.
A Day in the Life:
- Prepare tender cost estimates and tender documentation
- Material sourcing / vendor procurement and contract documentation
- Cost control
- Prepare progress claim to submit to the client/consultant
- Conduct site evaluation, site measurement and certification of sub-contractors work progress claim
- Preparation and Management of variation orders with client/consultant/sub-contractors
- Managing extension of time and related claims
- Preparation and closure of Final accounts with client/consultants/sub-contractors
- Assist in SOP/sustainable protocols
- May be site based
What We are Looking For:
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Quantity Surveyor, Project & Facilities Management or Building / Construction Management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/commercial projects/retail and corporate office interior
- Experience in events/exhibitions/museum/gallery/thematic works projects will be of great advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint software
